要讓愛情簡單，最好的方法，就是精選適合的對象。一個真正值得你去愛、也懂得愛你的人，自然會讓愛情變得簡單。品質不好的情人，才會將你的人生弄得一團混亂。——題記

雖然她擁有一段穩定而熱烈的愛情，但還是經常被誤認為在感情世界中落單。“可惜了，像你這麼好的女人，到現在還是一個人。喜歡什麼樣的對象，要不要我幫你介紹？”類似的關心，不時出現在長輩、主管或同事的口中，弄得她啼笑皆非。

“我已經有一位很要好的男朋友了！”她很自然地說。“真的，怎麼從來沒有听你提過？”“啊？那你常常加班，他不會埋怨喔！”“你常跟我們出去玩，他不會生氣喔。”“你和他的感情，該不會很冷淡吧。”....


親友們對這件事情的回應，同時指出了一個現代人對愛情的一個很大的盲點──難道所謂的“熱戀”，就是要隨時表現出肝腸寸斷、忙得人仰馬翻、或膩得如膠似漆？還是要像展示新買的名牌皮包一樣，動不動就在人前人後把拿出來招搖呢？ 他和她的這段感情，都不是彼此的初戀。甚至，各自都經過大風大浪。在生命中的某個角落相逢時，他們都已經知道幸福真正的樣貌，其實是︰簡單。 “別為我操心啦！我們相處得很好，互相信任、也給對方足夠的空間。不管我多麼忙、或跟哪個同事朋友出去玩，他都很放心。”她無意辯解，所以說得輕松。 在她過去的戀情里，也曾有過這樣的情形︰只要突然找不到彼此，手機就響個沒完。

分不清楚是溝通、還是爭吵的對話，總將難以入眠的夜晚，糾纏得更加漫長……回頭看看那些日子，愛情竟顯得那麼復雜、那麼艱難。 而今，和他在一起的時光，如此簡簡單單。平日各忙各的，有時也會有短信或電子郵件問候家常。因為了解與諒解，雙方沒有太多期待的壓力，每一次的聯絡或相處，都喜悅得像是上天恩賜的禮物般。即使，只是兩個人一起去郊外，坐在草地上看雲吹風，甚至一句話也沒說，就能自在地享受幸福的時光。

原來，愛情的經歷，也有層次不同的………過程︰“見山是山”“見山不是山”“見山又是山”。復雜與艱難的，有時候是心境、有時候是外表、有時候是技巧。舉例來說︰ 若彼此不了解、硬是要溝通，感覺對方想法太復雜，心靈的感應就顯得艱難。

又如︰太在意別人品頭論足的評價，常讓我們忘了用最適當的方式去付出，彼此互動的方式太復雜，相處的模式就變得艱難。還有一種可能︰對幸福的要求太多，既不知道自己真正要的是什麼、也不懂得取舍，追求幸福的方法復雜，達到幸福之門的路途就充滿艱難。

要讓愛情簡單，最好的方法，就是精選適合的對象。一個真正值得你去愛、也懂得愛你的人，自然會讓愛情變得簡單。

你不再需要猜測他的心意、也不用擔心他的行蹤。不必害怕也許會在無意之間激怒他、不會懷疑他做任何事情的動機。你們之間，有一點牽掛、卻不會到糾纏的程度。你們之間，有一點想念、卻不會到傷心的地步。

你們之間，有一點依靠，卻不會到賴著對方到“你不照我的意思，我就死給你看！”的難堪。 簡單的愛情，像品質最好的化妝保養品，成分很自然、效果很精致。它給你養分和美麗，卻不會讓你覺得很麻煩、更不會把你的生活弄得很混亂。相對而言，簡單，也是檢驗愛情品質的一個很客觀的標準。凡是會讓你覺得復雜或艱難的感情，不管他是誰、條件有多好，都不適合和你天長地久地耗下去。（你不想、也不該這麼累。對不對？）

[essay]Euthanasia

Euthanasia is always a controvert issue of the society image, some people think it's needed and add some rules to support this kind of actions for patients, to release those who have very severe disease. In my opinion, I agree with it for several points.

First, as I said before, to release the patients who are suffering from the serious injury or disease which can't be cured. Meanwhile, the patients need to suffer from the feeling of painful again and again until their death. It sounds hurtful but it's the truth and really happened in our world.

Secondly, these patient's family cost a lot of money for he/she's live support in hospital, as the time goes by, their family figure out that they can't afford the money to hospital and medicine any more, as well as they can't support their own life either.

Thirdly, for the hospitals there are hundred or thousand of patients who need to get into hospital for the professional treatment, if we have the right to perform the euthanasia, hospital would have more places and sources to help people who really need it immediately.

Although euthanasia has lots of benefits, most of the doctors are still believe that the painful patients have the opportunities to be cured. As the result, I still think death would be a better way to make patients not always suffering from the disease that can't overcome.

International tourism now a days become more and more popular in recent decades, by the soaring develop of the global communication, visit somewhere that you ever been before seems a common outdoor activity, I think have a lots of experience with connect to various culture would be very helpful for our growth in some reasons.

First, being in a different country would have more times to face to inside my mind, as well as plenty of questions needed to solve by ourselves, by the way of visit various countries and different cultures,not only explore our knowledge of sight looking this would, but also training us to be more independent of ourselves.

Second, traveling is always a good way to relax, just buy a ticket and pick up the package then arrive somewhere that no one will bother you some about anything, forget the bad experience around us, and only need to focus on how do we need to release our pressure, after this journal i think all of us would get the power to move on.

By the way of conclusion, international tourism is one of  methods that  useful for relax, but by the way of great efficiency it also cost a lots of money if you want to go somewhere that really in far faraway, Meanwhile, this kind of places also carries with dangerous and remember to prepare well, because anything would happened in the journal.

Now a days, fast food stores are everywhere. Meanwhile , it brings us lots of convenient foe the time costing, but in my opinion it was not helpful to us for some reasons.

First, most of the food's materials were deliver from food factories, it's evident to figure out that most of the food had been add some chemical things that we don't know, to made the food more delicious. It means those foods were not only unhealthy to our body, but also cost a lot of mankind sources like traffic, electronic, gas..and so on by delivering the foods that all over the world.

Second, where does the foods came from? do you ever thing about this question before?when you want to eat some chicken a mere go to the fast food store and make a choice for what you want, it's unreasonable does the world really have lots of chickens or meat like it? they put lots of chemical drugs to feed them, making them can grow up faster enough to being older, and for the great amount of living space for them, more and more field and forest were transform into the chicken house, can you imagine the hurtful to the global environment.

By the way of conclusion, although the fast food culture makes a lots of obviously convenient for our world, but it also make a lots of problems from it. In my words it would much better that to eat these foods rarely or not even to think about it.  

[essay]Internet use in Europe

By glance the data of table and pie chart, can see the total number of internet users from 1995s, 2000s to 2004s, and the internet shopping in 2004s of five countries in Europe, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain and Unite Kingdom.

First it's evidently that UK was always had the biggest amount of internet users in the table, by 1995s to 2000s,16 to 22 and soaring to 41 in 2004s, Germany was the second amount of internet users increasing dramatically from 5 to 14 in 1995s to 2000s and keep steady growth to 15 in 2004s. Compare to the other countries, Switzerland and France were quiet similar and had a steady growth of the internet users , and Spain was the lowest user of all the Europe countries from 1995 to 2004s.

It interesting to note that as well as UK had the most internet users, it was evidently react at the analyze of the pie chart of internet shopping, and being as the most part as the table's. and Spain was follow the UK being the second amounts of the pie chart. At last the others were almost the same in the chart.
